In order to solve this issue please follow these steps:
1. Log into Cpanel and click on File Manager;
2. Navigate to .fantasticodata in your Home Directory ( this is above your public_html folder);
3. Delete all the files inside this directory. This will ensure there is no Fantastico information remaining from previous installations.
