Do you offer Telnet or SSH access?

Yes, we offer SSH access. In order to get SSH access you must email support@proclanhosting.com with your request. Along with your request, you must include either a driver's license or a government issued identification card. Without this, you will be denied SSH access. There is also a 20.00 setup fee which is non-refundable.
