If this is happening, you need to go into SiteStudio and:
1. Click "Site Map"
2. Click the "Settings" icon on the first page listed.
3. Change the "File Name:" to be whatever is on that page. For example, if you have a page on cars named "cars.html," if it is on bikes name, it "bikes.html".
4. After you change the filename scroll to the bottom and click 'Next'.
5. Repeat this for every page, making sure to name every page something completely different.
The problem is that if two pages from the site map's settings have the same name they will not work correctly. This will make them load out of order or not load at all bringing up the wrong page. After you are sure you have changed each page to have a different filename click the publish icon at the top left and this will now fix your problem after it is done publishing.
