The most common cause is because the default map which is set in the command line has been deleted. To fix this, go to the Command Line Changer and create a new command line with a map located on your server.
Second common reason is a mod or map which is causing the server to crash when starting up.
Third is your default config file is corrupted. We always asked that you make a backup of this file before editing.
