Subscriber further acknowledges that the company liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.

Undesirable Content Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.
The following scripts are banned from use on our servers and may not be uploaded or run. Reasons for banning them include adverse effects on server load, invitations to hackers/spammers/criminal activity, etc.
Htech-Solutions cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Htech-Solutions are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Htech-Solutions are not directly owned or written by Htech-Solutions. Moreover, Htech-Solutions holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Htech-Solutions sees fit. Htech-Solutions takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply this means that customers of Htech-Solutions may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Customers of Htech-Solutions may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. In addition, it is not acceptable to transmit bulk email through remote SOCKS, HTTP or other similar proxies who in turn make a SMTP connection to the destination mail servers. This technique may result in account suspension or termination. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties, including termination of service. In order to prevent unnecessary blacklisting due to spam we reserve the right to occasionally sample email being sent from servers. The Subscriber acknowledges full responsibility in keeping their scripts and applications updated with the latest security fixes from each vendor. Not doing so may open up your site for use by people to send UCE. The Subscriber acknowledges that any UCE sent from the Subscriber's services hosted with Htech-Solutions is solely the responsibility of the Subscriber.
