30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible hosting services include a 30-day money-back guarantee. A customer who is not satisfied with an eligible service may request a refund during the first 30 days after the service is activated.
Some special offers may include a different guarantee period. When an offer clearly states a different refund period or condition, the terms of that offer apply.
Services Not Eligible
The following services and charges are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Domain-name registration fees.
- VPS and Cloud VPS services.
- Dedicated servers and cloud servers.
- Infrastructure services.
- AWS or Google Cloud computing services.
Policy Violations and Abuse
Eligibility for the money-back guarantee is void when the customer violates the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy agreed to when ordering. Accounts suspended or terminated for spam, prohibited content, abuse, fraud, security violations, or other policy violations are not eligible for a refund.
HTech Solutions reserves the right to deny a refund when there is evidence of service abuse or an attempt to misuse the money-back guarantee.
How to Request Cancellation and a Refund
There are no fixed contract periods for eligible hosting plans, but services renew automatically for each successive billing period unless a cancellation request is submitted.
To cancel a service, sign in to the HTech Solutions Client Area and submit a cancellation request for the applicable service. To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee, the cancellation request must be submitted during the eligible guarantee period and must clearly state that a refund is being requested.
Billing Cycles and Payment Methods
Depending on the service or plan, HTech Solutions may bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Accounts are billed according to the date on which the service was first activated.
Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal, subject to the payment options available in the Client Area at checkout.
Late Payments
HTech Solutions sends billing and renewal notices by email. Customers are responsible for maintaining a current email address and paying invoices by their due dates.
If a renewal payment remains unpaid, the service may be deactivated or suspended. A service that remains unpaid for five days after deactivation may remain suspended, and an account that remains unpaid for 30 days after deactivation may be terminated. Termination can result in permanent deletion of account data.
