Terms and Conditions
The rules that govern the use of HTech Solutions services.
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of hosting and related services provided by HTech Solutions. By ordering, accessing, or using our services, the subscriber agrees to comply with these Terms and our related policies.
Lawful Use
All services provided by HTech Solutions may be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission, storage, distribution, or presentation of information, data, or material that violates any applicable United States federal, state, or local law is prohibited.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, media, or other protected material.
- Fraud, harassment, threats, abuse, or trafficking in unlawful or obscene material.
- Content or activity that violates trade-secret, intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Hacking, cracking, warez, phishing, malware distribution, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Using our network or services to facilitate criminal activity or attacks against other systems.
Prohibited Content
Adult and pornographic content is prohibited on HTech Solutions servers. This includes sexually explicit or hardcore images, media, services, and advertising. Content related to hacking, cracking, warez, or other unlawful activity is also prohibited.
Software, audio, video, downloads, and other copyrighted resources may be hosted only when the subscriber owns the material or has permission and the legal right to distribute it.
Prohibited Scripts and Services
Scripts, applications, or services that create security risks, enable abuse, or place an unreasonable load on our network may not be uploaded or operated. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- IRC eggdrops and unauthorized IRC services.
- Proxy servers and scripts that operate as anonymous or public proxies.
- Mail bombers, anonymous bulk mailers, and tools primarily designed to send unsolicited messages.
- IP spoofers, port scanners, vulnerability scanners, and similar attack or reconnaissance tools.
- Web shells, unauthorized Telnet or SSH access scripts, and tools intended to bypass account or server security.
- Outdated, insecure, or abandoned scripts that present a material risk to the server or network.
HTech Solutions may require the removal, replacement, or updating of software that creates a security or performance risk.
Spam and Unsolicited Commercial Email
HTech Solutions maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited commercial email, commonly known as spam or UCE. Subscribers may not use, or permit others to use, our network to send UCE. Subscribers may not host websites or information advertised through UCE sent from another network.
Sending bulk email through remote SOCKS, HTTP, or similar proxies that connect to destination mail servers is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination. To protect network reputation and reduce blacklisting, HTech Solutions may investigate or sample outbound email traffic when abuse is suspected or when necessary to protect the service.
Account Security and Software Maintenance
The subscriber is responsible for maintaining secure passwords and keeping scripts, content-management systems, themes, plugins, and applications updated with current security fixes supplied by their vendors. The subscriber is responsible for activity originating from their account, including spam or other abuse resulting from compromised or outdated software.
Suspension and Termination
HTech Solutions actively enforces these Terms and may suspend or terminate services that violate them. We will generally inform the subscriber when action is taken and explain the reason, unless immediate action is necessary to protect customers, the network, or third parties.
Accounts suspended or terminated because of prohibited content, spam, abuse, or another Terms or Acceptable Use Policy violation are not eligible for a refund.
Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
The subscriber acknowledges that hosting and related services may be interrupted for reasons beyond the direct and exclusive control of HTech Solutions. HTech Solutions cannot be held liable for system downtime, service interruptions, crashes, data loss, or estimated profits that a subscriber believes would have been earned if a website or service had remained available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of HTech Solutions arising from its own negligence will not exceed the charges paid by the subscriber for the affected service during the period in which the damages occurred. HTech Solutions will not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, loss, or injury.
Third-Party and Resold Services
Certain services, equipment, routing, software, licenses, or programming offered by HTech Solutions may be provided by third parties or resold by HTech Solutions. Availability and operation of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and technical limitations.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible hosting services include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Eligibility, exclusions, cancellation requirements, and late-payment information are explained in our Refund Policy.
Changes to These Terms
HTech Solutions may update these Terms when services, laws, security requirements, or business practices change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
